... has just got the sack.

he works/worked at a company who deal with car hire paperwork for loads of companies

this is what they said to him

"because it has suddenly gone really quiet cos of all the terrorist activity, we dont need you anymore"



terrorist activity directly correlates to car hire

thing is, he's still sat at his desk afaik, he's not walked out yet

people are scared to drive as well as fly now? are suicide bombers going to hijack cars and drive them into buildings

he questioned it...

"less people are travelling abroad on planes, so there is less foreign car hire at the moment"

was the reply from his boss.

surely that would increase business though, with the terrorists hiring the cars to blow them up?
