What places do you guys use for tyres?
I heard there is a place just of jct 25 of the m1 which sell part worn tyres cheap on.
Any website links for the best places aswell please.

I used http://www.my-tyres.co.uk last time. Bought some Goodyear Eagle F1's.

If i bought winter tyres what will they be like in the summer, sounds stupid but would like to know.

Seen some Bridgestone Blizzak LM-22 185/55 R14 80H for £25 each. Tempted.

Don't know. I just buy summer tyres all the time. I thought winter tyres meany knobbly tyres for use in snow and stuff

at the moment i have 185 / 55 / R14's

am i right in saying 185 / 50 / R14's will be of a lower profile??? and will still fit my rim??

Yeh they will be lower profile, and still fit

the winter tyre stuff is bollocks. unless you live in the kind of place where its really snowy or wet in the winter, its not worth it.

Its called being skint.

Ive ordered them now you girl.

By next year i will have a spare set of alloys that will fit. Probably the 205 1.9 gti alloys. And if i have some money they will have track slicks on them.
