my mates bird has just passed her test bout a week ago and my mate just passed his theory today, but he reckons she's insured him on it for £100 for 12 month! thats gotta be bullshiezer?

No you have to be 21 and have held your license for 3 years. So no she can't teach him to drive.

Not necessarily. A new driver costs same as a provisional license holder so if she's insured it as a new driver she will have paid loads so wouldnt expect much more to add him on.
