I've had loads of problems with companys on ebay and have found as long as theyre a dealer and not a normal private sale, theyre happy to give a discount and replace the error. At the end of the day any negative feedback looks bad on their record.

I really hope someone didnt advertise theyre second hand red bucket seats black!
