Should also mentsion I drive an XE'd corsa. Soon to be replaced with a supercharged C16XE.

It's not karen's old s/c one is it? What psi you gonna be running it at (i.e. will it have a nice big whiney noise )

No it's not mate he is building it all from scratch. I cant wait till he lets me have a go so i can get the big whiney noise

Thanks all nice to be here.

I'm a mechanical engineer and work for an engine re-manufacturing firm. So I've compleatly rebuild a C16XE more or less standard internals, only gas flowed the head and cut 1.5mm off the top of the pistons. I'm using a supercharger off a mini copper S hopefully running 10-15psi (just got to work out what size to make the pully). Should be producing 170-200bhp (fingers crossed anyway). Also fitting a frontera fmic to make the carge nice and cool.
Only thing holding me up is the money for the megasquirt ecu. Also got to make my manzel style inlet plenum.
