they all do

on th edesktop , right click got to properties and then in the screensave tab you can password protect

will only work tho if the IT bods at your place havnt de activated it. i should know i used to be an IT guy

No they all dont.

You cant do it on ours becuase we have loads of different users.

Im the only one who uses this machine tho and i wanna stop my techs using it.

doesnt work on mine.

Could set a bios but computer is never shut down as we use it for backups.

erm...may need to get a download for a progrm which will unlock the option then. although it isnt usually locked if its a home pc.

ah, no it won't.

But you can definately lock it then.

Press CTRL + ALT + DEL and click "lock computer"

If u know your way round create a user group with limited acess and add their user names into it, u can stop them from logging on this way.
