Have been after some different mirrors for ages now and found what i wanted, Some carbon F1 style mirrors!!

Managed to get some base plates but only for m3 mirrors, so needed to modify them and filler them and then spray them.
Here they are and with 1st filler layer.

Hopefully will look somethin like this when done. (Did a mock trail fitting, base plates are shoot and need alot of work to sit flush- Flea-bay shite!!)

Comments welcome.

I think they'll look ok, tbh when i 1st put them on i thought 'they look w4nk' then took the pics put them on my computer and have been looking at them and they are slowly growing on me. Anyways they were a bargain so we shall see. Also gonna smooth my other std mirrors so might even just put them back on???

i've got those mirrors on my fiesta but went one step furthur and actually welded plates onto my doors, smoothed the plates in and drilled holes for mounting them, then put the mounting section from the inside and they sit closer to the car, i didn't like them at first but they have grown on me
