what do you need?

what does it cost?

the car is registered to me
i have the v5c2 "green slip"
mot
but no tax

is that enuff?

and how much does it cost?

Its £85 (approx) to take it off a car and put it straight on to another or £105 if you want to take it off a car and put it on retention.

You'll need the owners document and MOT certificate. Don't think you need the tax disc (might need proof of it being SORN tho).

I had to send the tax disc off as they printed me a new one with the new reg on. If its sorn im not sure, prob just send your Sorn thing off and they will send u another one

iirc it needs to be mot'd & tax'd.

£80 to transfer to another car & £105 to remove & retain for a year....£25 a year thereafter!!
