Anyone into skating these or anything? Just wondered as I'm just about to build my own as they look wicked to get around on and faster than a car in the city.

They are good fun, so long as you have really smooth surfaces for them and some nice gently sloping hills. I wouldnt recommend them for commuting though. As far as building one yourself, fair play to you, they are pretty difficult though coz you need to have the right ply and they are all made with equipment to add heat the the glue in the ply to get the shape etc...

I'll let you know how it goes and post some progress pics for ya. Not making it for commuting just never really seen any before I was down in Newquay and that's how all the surfers get around. Also the type I'm building is meant to be a good cross trainer for snowboarding and surfing. Reckon it may take a couple of goes but we'll see.

i think the n64 controllers are defiantely more of a banter area. what games should i get for my retro system? just purchased 1080 snowboarding for the hefty sum of 99p
