if there a monthly train ticket you can purchase to use on trains / tubes in london?

as i may need to soon, the journey i was thinking of doing would be 15.00 return a day which amounts to £300 a month which is pretty stupid imo.

anyone have any ideas? i know a fair few people work in london

My travel costs into london at £230 a month, paid by the company.

Though I dont use the tube, I come into London Liverpool Street and walk the rest.

Oyster is the cheapest way of using the tube I believe.
