Worked on one of these today(i work for VW), gotta say id rather have the diesel than the petrol even as impressive as the 1.8 T is! Lovely motor and a top choice!

love the dash with its aluminium trimmings, but i must say the headlinings and trims in these are stunning, really moody and dark inside and the headlights are super cool.
Nice touch with the gearknob aswell

whats it like to drive?

it's great to drive handles better than the standard GTI.it's only 150bhp but has a 0-60 time of 8.2 and 236 LB/ft of torque so plenty of grunt.
