elo,
Am off paintballing tomorow with a group of pals.Has anyone been before or have any tips etc? They are also charging us £27.00 for half a day including 300 paintballs-The guns are semi-automatic.Are the balls likely to be gone in 10minutes?They are quite expensive aswell as after youve used 300 its £75.00.Does this seem fair oor are we likely to get ripped off?

thought it seemed a bit expensive,but when you hear 300 you automatically think thats alot.But I suppose when I go on a rambo mission and destroy my pal with them they will gone in a flash

That's about the going rate, paintballs aint cheap at those places though so be warned !

we payed £60 for 1000 paintballs, full day including hire of all equipment and lunch

i went ages ago was a class day was 20 for full day i think with 300 paint palls then £5 for every 100. there was about 30+ people there got covered shot in the back of the head plenty of times to. waer a few layers fo clothin. still hurts tho.

haha thanks for the advice.I will be doing.Ave been thinking of tactics today and am going to hide in a bush all day and pick people off like a ww2 sniperbut I plan on destroying some people tho.Should be a laugh

There is a good place just outside of Southport, at Leisure Lakes in Tarleton. I cant remember the prices as a while since Ive been but was def cheaper than that.

i tried hiding like this once but theres all ways sumone who does the same and watches you and gets ya with out even knowin. i was hid behind a pallot once then 3 came runing at me got shot to fuk, back of the head hurts wear a hoddie top to put hood up lol and gloves it kills ya fingers if they get shot. just go on big missions/runs its funnyer lol

I have my own stuff so go to Mayhem as a walk on £10, then 3p a paintball.
I've been a few time and getting quite good to the point where I survive a whole game. A hopper (ball holder) holds 250ish and Ill empty that and have a mad panic as I try to refill before getting shot. Id say between 200-300 paintballs a game.

You will go through the 300 balls very quickly, think it was £50 for 1000 when I went. Spent £100 extra but was definatly worth it. Is a good crack when your out there being Rambo.

thats what Im most worried about reloading and getting shot to death whilst doing so.Were going to this place in wales because were off on holiday there for a week and its close to where were going which is handy.Seems quite decent.Cosmo the one at southport(leisure lakes)is ment to be good one a believe were goign at th enational meet so could be a good laugh a reckon m8i

I went to Leisure Lakes when I did it, was good. Well set up and well organised, they take Switch cards which was my downfall when I got trigger happy.
