No MOT/TAX, but easy enough to sort out, give me a few weeks better than the money I would of wasted on the Scorpio

Nah, ths Scorpio was THE Pimp Wagon, Chrome allsorts, Wood Dash...

This thing has loads, air-con, radio remotes, the trip computer gizmo, unsure on cruise control, but from reading its easy to fit...

Also, its £30 cheaper to insure compared to the Scorpio ??? ???

Scorpio - 2ltr 16v Auto... BASIC Model (nothing fancy)

Omega - 2.5i V6 24v GLS Saloon, Loads of extras...

Scorpio was Sainsbury, wouldnt quote me on the Omega, but the Omega is Endsleigh, and they originally wouldnt quote me on the Scorpio! Go figure...

Well... picked it up this morning

its mint Seriously! Condition of the bodywork, there is like a few small scrapes, but its just so good! Interior is quality, no tears/wear, ace!

Took it for an MOT, get a good check over, and it failed...

Rear section of exhaust is rusted
Play in the NS steering rack arm, but about 3-4mm play up & down only, not front/back... mechanic said its pish easy to fix and will cost bugger all!

Also, the issue with the speedo/abs/tc... the NSR ABS Sensor is whats playing up, he had a check on the Tech2 for diagnostics and its the fault being shown, so no need to replace the ABS control unit at all Gave the sensor a clean & a good hit with a hammer & it actually worked for 3.6 miles then packed in again & the ABS/TC lights came on & the speedo died ahwell!

£350 car... worth easy 1.2k ish mark...

Well chuffed

nah this is no taxi, chavaliers suit that more but still, it does me!

£15 petrol... I made it last about 10 miles but I did press the 'Shplurt' button on the little auto stick & the engine then wanted to redline through every gear on the way home also lost the backend going round a corner... 'S' on, wet, corner, me... woops!
