Just picked up some gsxr1100 throttle bodies for me motor on ebay only £45 wicked.

Offered them up to my mates c16xe on a engine stand and not a lot of work to do just orderd me ecu aswell and getting some new cams and pistons in the next few weeks hopefully all on show at trax

why are bike throttle bodies so cheap compared to car ones?

Ow yes gonna be a nice little 1600 when i am done with it.

Bike ones are harder to map up and need some modding to work and dont look as inpressive as car ones

what kind of companys will fit bike throttle bodies to your car ?

i would love to do it to my polo gti ! but wouldnt have a clue where to start

ive got loads of info on fitting bike throttle bodies to cars if you want it brad.

getting a manifold to fit is the most challenging part but shouldnt cost any more than £250 to get one made up.

My mate is a tad handy at the whole engine thing and is building a very nice 1600 at the mo.
