morning guys, bit of help please, i feel a bit suspicious
put my car on autotrader, suprisingly i got 2 emails rather quickly after i posted the ad. which i was quite please with, so i replied, and i got a very wierd response, i will paste the correspondance below.

Right! 1st thing i noticed was shipping  im not shipping anything, he can collect it and drive it away. Then he will send a cheque for £4500, when i explicitly expressed that £1000 is the very least id take. Then he uses ZIP CODE We are not in america 
Thoughts?
I might call autotrader and inform them, see what they say.

had loads of them when selling my old FTO, pain in the arse, esp as it was taking ages to sell.
emailed one back saying price was wrong in advert and he instantly upped his offer, emailed him back again saying sorry but had emailed him wrong price and he upped his offer again, emailed hom back to say price was wrong still and he asked if I was trying to scam him
