Help needed - can't decide what to get for Colin's garden.

Wooden table and chairs.....or something more modern i.e aluminium, stainless steel

He's thinking of getting some decking and I think good quality wooded stuff would look nice, but you have the problem of having to keep it in good nick

I've spent days on here trying to make up my mind, any suggestions?

Jade.

Wooden....

We found a good compromise for quality and price was the BnQ Winchester collection.. Go for the matching green seat covers, expensive at £20 per seat, but damn comfy.

We went for the 4 chair extending to 2m table set.

WE found that cheaper items of wood furniture were really cheap and nasty made. To get a good set, you need to fork out.

Tom his garden is big, but its not finished yet, so trying to work out what size to get is another problem. He's dividing it up into sections so trying to work out size is a problem too ;|

Ikea have a nice rectangular wooden table with drop sides, it seats up to 10 people but I'm worried that even with the sides down it would be too big

I've seen another hexagonal one (smaller) think that might be the safe option
