checked the sump pan and nut and am sure it's not that, maybe oil dripping onto it as it's the lowest point in the engine.

thinking of replacing the oil pump seal, but dont know where the oil pump is lol

try to clean it completely.

Take it for a small idle&run.

jack it up and look for the highest point you can see!

I just did the sump gasket on my sisters tigra but also noticed that there is just a crappy rubber plug above it which looked like it may have been leaking.

Oil pump is on at the bottom of the engine cam belt side

loosing about half a shot glass full after every drive.

i'm certain its the crankshaft oil seal. gonna get that sorted.

will try and get a rubber for that whole stu if it helps.

will have to do an idle/run and then see if i can get it on my mates ramp.

thats the crank seal. remove the covers and have a look round that area will be obvious if its leaking.

other side will require the gearbox and flywheel to be removed. really annoying job, get an engine crane.

some say no, others say yes. I always ahve, makes it much easier. just remove the gearbox mounts and lower it by a few inches on a crane, make sure no wires or hoses are stretched.
