Can i get away with 7" wide wheels on a B?

I know its 6.5 ideally.. jst wanna know.

what are they in mm - about 175?! not sure if you will get away with them but i was guna get 195's off a mate but now you got me wondering (he reckons he had them on his nova sr - not sure if he did arch work like)

Nah im sure you can get 195s on a 6.5inch rim width. I believe 195s will go on 7s too, but you can go higher than 195s on 7s. Havent looked into to much though but i believe 7s should be ok. Infact, im sure Rob B has got 8 inch rim width for his rears.

I had 18" alloys on mine that were 7" wide. No problems, no scrubbing at all.

got 195 on my tigra rims.

what are they? 6.5J? can't be arsed to look

Funnily enough im lookin at gettin the same wheels as rob b only 7" all round instead of 8s on the back. i just didnt know if he had any arch work done or not.. Those wheels he has are et50..
