Woke up this morning with a coldsore on my bottom lip, i think it's because of the lack of sleep i've had in the last 2-3 days. It's aching and looks like a spot on my lip, and its uncomfortable when I smile, eat, etc Whats the quickest way to get rid of them?

Has it come up properly yet? if not get some cold saw cream on it and it may go away before it comes up properly.

It depends on how quick u get the cream on it. With me if i put the cream on it while it is tingling i can get rid of it in one day. If i dont get it in time i will have it for 2 weeks.

Oh no. keep applying it every half n hour or so. Put aftershave on it too. U wanna dry it up as much as u can if it has started to come up. They are catching too. Poor you

Aftershave will clear it up quicker than any cream.

It stings like fook, but works.
