i been majorly burnt yesterday, my legs are swollen up, i can push them with my finger and when i take finger away there's a dent left

any good tips for what to do/what to take?

i normally live in a cupboard so this has been my first big dose of sun, plus i didn't have any cream

Plenty of aftersun, and take some of them pireten (spelling), should take the swelling down...

Keep them out of the sun as much as possible, but if cant be avoided wear total sun block!
