if i was to insure my car now for about £1400 and then within a few weeks i will have 2 years ncb, will i get refunded any money to the new insurance price with the 2 years ncb?

no u would have to start it agian once u have the two years as ur starting it without ncb

i have 1 years ncb, so if i payed like £1400 now, in a few weeks when i am 19 and have 2 years ncb, i will have to pay more on top?
