Right, basically I gave this lass I was seeing alone of £110 on the basis i got it back the next week. The next week came and she said she would give me it back the week after that, which i was cool with. 2 nights before she was due to give me the money back she lost her job. So never had the cash

This was 6 weeks ago and i have not got my cash back yet, she is being a total cow about it and telling me ill get it back when she has got it. The annoying thing is that she had money to road tax her car yesterday but not give me my money back.

Shes now saying that she is going to the police as i am harrasing her for the money. WTF do i do to get my cash back?

you gave her the money because you thought u were good friends or whatever you were and you thought you was helping her out when she needed it.

and now the fact that she wont give you it back how you feel let down and you are considering wanting to know her anymore... (dont put it quite like that as she might say ok bye and then you wont get it back)

You could suggest that you let her pay you back in kind Ryan.

You could agree to dry bum her daily for an hour or so, and deduct 50 pence each time from the debt.

In a mere 220 days, she would be debt free.

Obviously taxing the car is more important than paying you back, especially as you won't be fining her for driving illegally.

Seems quite legitimate - if she hasn't got it she can't give it to you, there's a lesson to be learnt there perhaps.

Alternatively, you could set up a direct debit or something tenner a month.
