i think wind farms, ok some people think their an eye sore, i think there ok, no waste created either, but you need a lot to create enough to power britain

Thousands of them infact. Don't forgot they are fabricated in some factory somewhere too, which wont be energy efficient I bet. I read they take years to pay for themselves.

in all honesty, its the only real option, but i would like to see them slowly replaced with windfarms so when the nuclear stations are decomissioned there automaticly repalced

nuclear is the one we should invest in because at the moment we are wasting so much energy on it i think if you put in 100% in we get 60% out at the moment so there is a lot of waste at the moment.

yes, its not gonna affect me, i'll be dead before it becomes a problem, so yes.
I went on the Visitors Tour at Sellafield, and they were talking about the disposal methods, burying them in disused mines is the safest, the other options were things like putting the waste in concrete bunkers above the ground.
The problem with Nuclear energy, is everyone is scared of the word, and no-one understands it properly.
IMO

Gradually stick solar panels on available roof tops of offices and stuff. Will cost a lot at first but will be there forever or at least until the sun burns out at which point the world will end anyway.
Also heard that if they did this with solar they could easily make enough power for the Uk

Hydro not the cleanest but it wont ruin the countryside, unless your talking about windfarms off land then i would say those.

Wind, the amount produced by most members of CS could power a small town for a year
