does anybody know where to get them from as im finding it extremely hard to find one, also are they straight forward to fit, i.e is it direct replacement using factory vac pipes etc, or do you get new parts with the manifold etc. help would be gr8.

regal autosport m8y. yes there "straight forward" to fit using the standard pipes but some do need extending but these come with it. its a bit of a bugger to do mate. ive herd some mechanics can do it in 3 hours but in my case it took 3 days because the instructions are crap and id never done anything that major to my car
