thats how i broke my leg but the glass didnt shatter thankfully and boy does it hurt getting slammed that hard

its plexiglass, like a very thick(2" in some rinks) polycarbonate iir. the stuff can take a vulcanised rubber puck bein fired at about 120mph so its pretty strong stuff. sometimes it just goes though

i can score like that. been tryin to teach the nippers in my team one or two gettin close to it now. can also fake the spin by pullin it through the legs and tippin it over his shoulder whilst facin him.

I've tried it a few times & sort of pulled it off. Well it came off my stick too early

Another good one is where you fake a slapshot & then poke it in witht he but end like its a snooker cue

Played for a few teams in the Yorkshire area & did a few tournaments with our regional team. Also used to play ice hockey for Hull.

Think we might've played welsh teams before in the regional championship

untill recently i was playin for caerphilly and cardiff panthers in the ball hockey, also leasowes sharks. was also playin puck hockey for leicster dragons. play mostly out of rotherham or kings road sheffield.

Didn't realise you played so close to me
I used to play at Rotherham & I layed ice hockey @ Queens road. Since Richard bought it though he's turned it into plastic flooring. A few of my mates play for the same team as his son
