got a set of fk coil overs lined up and was wondering if et45 wheels will rub on the coil overs or the adjuster at all

No, they will not rub, they will be fine.

i have fk coilovers lowered 60mm and got 16" wheels 195/40/16 et45 and they wer cuttin into my tyre. so bad i had to get 2 new tyres after drivin for jus a mile. gutted. any way i think my camber/tracking is out so gettin that sorted. i bought spacers if that still don't work.
