an accident becomes a dangerous/reckless driving when there is injury to the person, and can amount to an assault.
If somebody crosses the road infront of you where it is illegal, you hit him and he is injured...does this mean you were driving dangerously/recklessly? Are you a twat?
If he dies, you are charged with murder, then reduced to manslaughter, does this mean you are a murderer?
And being charged doesn't mean you are guilty
Innocent until proven guilty
Yet again, be sensible...the reason he is a twat seems obvious in this thread...
There was a thread in GC 2-3 days ago about MiniLad or Kris Blackett iirc or some similar name dying from a car accident and he was only a passenger, I didn't hear that the driver was twat...some must have pointed this out....where were all those pointing that now for a broken leg?

Naseem plaided guilty and got his sentence..I don't need to class him, the law did..He got what the magistrate thought was right and what he deserved.
But here, it's not even said that Khan is guilty or not, not even said how fast he was driving, how it happened. Did you get my point I made about the person crossing the road?
Even driving at 20mph might amount to dangerous driving in circumstances.
People tend to asscoiate dangerous driving with speed...

A charge is different mate...Instead of making comments now and swallowing them later, see the situation as any reasonable person would see it.
Let the law decide on facts and then make comments.
Yet again, he is not a twat until proven one, just like guilty or not...
