I never eat anything in the morning, usually a cuppa tea and then have my lunch at 11.30am.
Need to start eating again in the morning, which is best? Bran Flakes? Weetabix? Shreeded weat? Alpen? I dunno
Random i know but people always know this stuff on here

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, people say.

surely that defeats the point of the 'healthy' weetabix?
I've never understood this, people take healthy foods and then cover them in sugar, honey and cream and still think they're eating healthy.
Saw my mum the other day get a load of fresh strawberries (good!)
Then cover them in sugar and eat them covered in cream Whats the point!
