Everyones opinion, poor mans Porsche. If you are'nt bothered about what people think they are supposed to be good. Good to drive, relatively quick. Cant say i've driven one though. Interior seems a bit plasticy though when I had a look in one.

That would be the 2.5/2.7 actully. boxster s is the 3.2, gives probably the best MR chassis out there the power in deserves.

Yes but generally the stereotypical view is that any boxster is a poor mans porsche...
As I said though I like them...mate has one with the Aero kit fitted and racing exhaust...sounds amazing...
They are very quick but as has been said there not pant soilingly quick

I'm picking my boxster 2.7 up next week.
Don't care about speed, so didn't give a monkey about the S.
I've been told that servicing is virtually doubled with the S compared with the 2.5/2.7 too, so take that into consideration.
As for the poor man's porsche comment... I suppose so... I admit I can't afford a 50k car

99% of your post are right mate...that one was wrong.
'Poor mans Porsche'? (not you steve)
Oh come on how retarded is that comment. Its a better car than probably 90% of the people on here will ever own. Its near perfection for its price bracket

Exactly.
I sat in lots of convertibles and coupes etc, and the boxster is such a good car for its money.
Boot space is awesome when compared with others too

hmmm

I don't even know where my nearest Porsche dealer is yet
I travelled 100 miles to find mine in a sports car showroom. Took one look and drive of it, then left a deposit down straight away.
S2000 is a sexy as fuck car still I live 1/4 mile away from Honda, but they're gaylords
