wot the fuck is this arm? anit roll? an how is it detached?
also how the fuck can i undo the top nut as it just turns the bit underneath it?
any help will be gud

You need to get a drop neck spanner and hold the nut then get a small spanner and turn the top until the nut starts loosening. Get spring clamps on it first though!!

and buy some axel stands  for drop neck spanners as corsaC_on_18s
advised go to you'r local draper tools dealer as they will have a set of 5 i think for £10 ive got them and they aint bad at all.
