Machine buffer and G3 time today for SteveW's Turbo Corsa...

Firstly, we were so impressed with the paint work we all had a group wank over the bonnet...

I am very impressed with the work, can't wait until we get round to doing mine!

Steve and I then popped her all back together again...

Now time for some piss taking pictures really. I don't think I have seen a finish like this before in my life! I'm so impressed with it!

O/S rear quater close ups:

Err, sorry for all the pictures

There are more in my garage

Yea, you can give a car a buff to get the original shine back, though to get it this shiney you have to have a re-spray with the right paint and by the right painter.

There was a small ammount of dust in the paint. Though the 'shop is really dirty now and needs a proper clean out, which is happening as soon as Steve's car goes home.

We hung plastic on the wall once, but I don't think that helped much.

not too much dirt really. friday night had about 17 flies in the bonnet so painted it on saturday morning instead. yeah wet the floor down or put wondermask plastic sheeting on the floor and blow al the walls down.

would of made it worse i would of thought as the dust sticks to the wall and clings on to that more than on the plastic so it will float about with the plastic up i would say!
