Im totally stumped by this

Ex employer references = not a problem but character reference is meant to be a professional or respected member of the community eg. magistrate, copper, lawyer, priest etc I dont know of any of those

my parents know loads of accountants and doctors.most of them since i was a kid i always use one of them.

i know what you come doen here ill take you out for a meal well get on so well it will be like we have known each other for 10 years then ill sign it .Im an accountant so think i qualify
