Finally got round to fitting the 4 pots but as usual I made things more difficult than they needed to be. I decided to completely remove the ABS system so that meant new servo, master cylinder, all breaklines needed to be replaced, clips...... well, it was a bastard of a job!

but they are on at last

the stopping power is immense but the car squirms all over the place and locks up. I might try some Whiteline front and rear ARB'S to see if that helps stabilise it all.

suprisingly the wheels sit really well, dont look odd at all.

brake bias.... that sounds expensive and fiddly

as for the squirming, I noticed it did this a lot more after removing the front ARB so it might help fitting a new one.

Dave...

Get a bias valve.... about 50-80quid...

re-plum your rear lines through the car (one line, then split to two brake at rear)

fit the valve in the cabin

I'll get a pic of our pug

they are the 300mm kit. my compomotives will go over them fine its just the speedlines that cause problems. the spoke curves in quite sharply and deeply and catches the front of the caliper.

but on the corsa I have plumbed a splitter block in with the two lines from the master cylinder being split into:

front left and rear left

front right and rear right

thats how the standard corsa without ABS is set up. So you are saying to take 1 pipe off the MS to the front and 1 to the rear?
