Think its just an age restriction thing:

In general, the minimum ages for driving on British roads are 16 years for invalid carriages and mopeds, 17 years for agricultural or forestry tractors, small vehicles and motorcycles, and 21 years for medium/large sized vehicles, minibuses and buses.

I think you only need LGV / HGV if the weight exceeds 3.5 ton & PVC to drive anything with more than 8 seats I may be wrong......

You just fill in a form once you've passed and send it off with your license. DVLA add the entitlement, and send you a new one for free.

You can. It's 21 for buses, large lorries with or without trailer, large road rollers and tracked vehicles.
A Transit has a MAM of about 2tonnes IIRC, so can be driven on a Cat B licence.

You'll need C1+E for which gives you 3500kg-7500kg but the combined mass must not exceed 12000kg.

I've got that already You're too young
