I have just bought a new car, and it looks like at some point it was driven through wet cement, and spashed up the skirts on one side of the car.

I have tried Autoglym Tar remover and the little spots come off but some are quite big blobs which won't come off.

Any ideas ? Anything better than Autoglym Tar remover ?
