Depends on tyres. 195/45/16 are most common but the more expensive lower profile 195/40/16 will give you better clearance.
You can easily get down 60mm if you are willing to do minimal DIY work to the arches (remove the top few bots and shave back the lip on the plastic arch trims).
Not been into this game for a while but try a company called Wheelbase, have a look for them on the web.
