Have an auction currently running...the items are listed elsewhere though so if I get a good offer then I will sell them...my listing does state they are advertised elsewhere so I retain the right to end the auction early...
Question is...how do I cancel an auction early??

In 'My Ebay' there is a drop down menu on the right hand side of your item.

on the side panel under 'all selling' click 'selling'.
It should come up on the page now with the title number of watchers bids etc... under the end column 'auction' it should be set to sell similar so click the down button next to it and there should be an option to end it early
