My instructer is fuming with my examiner and wants to put a complaint it.

test... all manoevers were perfect, everything was fine..

then on a 40 mile road near ossett and there is a major pot hole in the road and a traffic island. So As i have been taught I have to do my best to not go down the pot hole, but its hard cos of the traffic island. My examiner started having a go at me saying I was to close to the side. I didnt mount the kerb nor did I touch it. So thats all I was failed on.. My instructer said that she was in the wrong for failing me.

So a tad gutted now.

Yes i know. I have always been taught to not to hit the pot hole incase you damage the car. This one was a pretty big one. Your right if I had not done what id done i will have still been penalised for it.

On my test I avoided a pothole, but I was going through a junction onto a new road so I could disguise it better, the examiner never said anything and I passed

Does sound harsh mate I duno if complaining would be worth it though, could you pass if you appeal against it?

omg, i cant believe it! i passed and i mounted a curb when pulling out of a junction, the examiner also said that if a child was in front of me when i did my emergency stop they'd probly be dead and i hit the curb doing a 3 point turn, i got about 9 minors in the end

I can appeal but my instructer said they will probably wont do anything. and the time an appeal would take It, it would be quicker to book a test again. its just so expensive

There really is nothing to emergency stops, floor the clutch and the brake and that's it...

You shouldn't have passed TBH

This is my third test. and all of them have been silly faults but very few minors. If i had done what you did they woulod probably make me go back to the test centre. lol

Dont get too dis-heartened, your obviously up to standard if thats all he could pass you on. Book it up again asap & give him the middle finger when you pass nxt time

ps - raising a complaint will not change the desicion but will get your test fee back...maybe!!
