on cranshaft at bottom back of engine!!

behind the driveshaft, can sometimes be hidden by it from certain angles.

u need to get under you car. its right by the exhaust. it is a git to change especialy when ur trying to work round a boiling hot exhaust and a boiling hot oil sump trying to get the nut out and to get the plug off with out melting ur skin. i changed mine the other day. when ur under the car look at ur gearbox its near the drive shaft for ur drivers side wheel. its got a tourque hex nut on it costs about 35 quid new from vauxhall.

I have looked but cant seem to find it. I have been told to replace it but dealerships have told me that i need the number off mine cause there are different types and need to know which type I have.
I can see 1 wiring under there, but goes off into other wires and not sure where they lead to.
It is just a wire right?
