Im after some header tanks and stuff in stainless.

And the bailey ones ect are stupidly expensive.

Is there anywhere else that makes them?

stronger than plastic, less likely to fail under high pressures. header tanks, and fuel system swirl pots etc, they are worth having, the rest is just for show TBH, like washer bottles and stuff.
