going to bank to see bout getting a mortgage at 3pm
seen a house needing some modernisation locally, basically needs a new fire place carpets and a tidy/paint. Got particulars yesterday, back doesnt have double glazing but is no biggy if renting it out.
Fingers crossed they will give me enough ££ to make an offer on it.
Only thing is if i get a house i wont be able to get a BMW that i was looking at

How much is the property mate?
If your going to buy it rent out, you will need a buy-to-let mortgage.

Forget the BMW, the house doesn't de-value & if your going down the buy to let route then people will be paying off your mortgage whilst you watch your investment grow and grow

If you buy a house to rent out, where are you going to live?
