Yes but we will miss the 8 million we would have got for him...

He has been generally shit for us but the last couple of months of the season he scored some important goals...and quite a few of them at that

i feel for Cisse, looks like it could be the end of his football carear.

Broken the same leg twice in less that 2 years

I hope he gets better soon, and thats not just so that liverpool can sell him, he still only young and i personally think he could have a big future weather its with Liverpool or without.

He is a talent at the end of the day, if he gelled with a side he would be spot on. Look at the glimpses he has shown this season.

Only real atribute is his pace, but with a 2nd broken leg is this going to hinder that?

Feel sorry for the guy, he does suit the system we play and doesnt seem to get along with Rafa. In the right team he would be amazing though. Atleast this may give him another half season (from Jan) to show he can play in the Liverpool side.

BTW- It was his other leg, not the same as last time.

You'd have thought sao, but no... not

Giuly
Rothen
Pires
Anelka

But Sidney Govou who generally doesn't play for Lyon :S

How on earht can he not have picked Giuly!!!

BTW... Franck Ribery looks quality... hopefully Arsenal will sign him, he is wanted by both Man Utd & Arsenal :S

i cant believe that either, how the fuck can they chose sidney govou over ludovic guily? the coach clearly has issues with him speaking out after not being picked first time around.

There goes my educated guess as to who'd replace him, bizarre!
