i was done for speeding last month doing 48 in a 30. i was done by an officer with a hand held laser gun. the road was a normal built up area obvioulsy a 30 but when i got my license back ive been given a mw10 which is a motorway offence. "contravention of special roads regulations (excluding speed limits). wtf i was done for speeding and on a 30 limit road not a motorway.

any help please?

yer i thought that. is there anything i can do about it becuase im certain that an mw10 pushes my insurance up more than a sp30 would?

no that road is always a 30. problem is its really long and straight and it didnt help having no traffic coming either way and no people walking about
