has anyone on here had wheels or any parts for their cars powdercoated white?

how does it compare to vauxhall glacier white?

im getting my wheels and cage done white but dont want to get it powdercoated if its going to look a totally different shade to the car colour

cheers, would really like a pic of white powdercoat against glacier white.

if i was to get them painted, im guessing they'd chip alot easier?

get them powdercoated, dont think the colour diff will be noticable

powdercoatings a lot more durable than normal paint so go for the coating

radiator white (its what powdercoaters call it), is about as close as your gonna get
look in corbs garage at the cam cover that i had done for him, is prety close IMO

But when you get your wheels powder coated you can chose whatever colour you want, you can specify glacier white

no you cant

how can you make powder the same colour as vauxhall paint

you can get close to it, but you will never get it exact as you cant match powder to paint

oh right, didn't realize. cause when i got mine done he was asking what exact colour i wanted them and If i had a paint code etc.

never every heard of that before, powder coaters work on a 5 digit color system, cant diviate the colours from that chart really

if u want an exact colour then u need to get them refurbed and resprayed

i think you can get exact colours matched.
I'm sure that most powdercoaters work out of a standard colour book and only offer about 40 colours, but certain people will mix an exact colour to match whatever you want.

remember seeing it be done on overhaulin or american chopper
