i have done my mate. i just drilled a hole for the side repeter to fit in and a bit of silicone to hold there. Dont know about mot yet but it should be fine

There was a similar thing done in the Haynes Max Power Manual, and they said it might not pass the MOT as the indicator will be hard to see when the lights are on full/dipped beam.
Depends on how vigilant/scrupulous your tester is

i've always wondered with morretts, if the indicator isnt in one of the lamps, where do they go otherwise

i have mine sort of mounted on/in the lower grille but it lookes shit and like a complete bodge, so im thinking either just putting them in the bumper or doing something else with them.

surly if you use a side repleater bulb the its going to flash quicker as it runs at a different voltage?

In the bumper, they actually come with seperate indicators for the corner of the bumper.

leave the original front indicators connected up but tucked out the way where they cant be seen, and wire the new side repeaters to be used on the front into the actual side repeater wiring in the wings
