I havent got a strong northern accent (I am northern though), I dont talk incorrectly, and Im well educated. So its none of those reasons. I just think its how sly she is being. She is obviously playing certain people in the house which they cant really see yet. I dont hate her the most though, just not really one of my favourites.
The thing is, your saying get rid of all these, but then your going to be left with a house that gets along. Then you'll say BB is so boring this year, etc. and its always down to getting rid of the most annoying housemates first.

Ive just remembered the turning point with Grace now (liked her at first). It was during the quiz task when she was answering questions with Richard, and Glyn tried to help her by slightly nodding his head (as question was who was born on some date which was him) and they failed that part of the task due to that.
Well I was watching that live and she totally blamed him saying it was his fault for cheating and she didnt want him to and didnt see him, and would of got it right (she answered correctly but BB saw the cheating). I thought she was right then. But on the show that night, it showed a wider camera angle during that and she was looking straight at him and blatantly cheated.
So that annoyed me and dont like her due to that!!
