my mate rang up norwich union bout a 1.6 sport and they said they wouldnt insure him untill he's 21.its going to be in his dads name and him as a additional driver his dads got more than 9 years no claims and he's bin driving since january he's 18. hes willing to pay up to 1400 does anyone know any insurane companys that would do it. list them plz he wants it for pvs.comments plz

I got mine at 18, nu wouldnt insure me either so I went with admiral for 1k fully comp
