Sometimes u just wanna buy laods food, then when u get back to the office, u dont actually want any of it and ur now stuck with between £5-£10 worth food

or u could do wat i do and dont bother with lunch. I hardly bother with breakfast and dont always eat lunch, but have tea. But today i fancy a ham salad for lunch.

I usually go for a walk then get food on way back to office to see how i feel I did 8 miles this lunch time, ok it was ona bus but i was starving when i got back

Yeah put stone on since I stopped!!

Wanna get back into it, but cant til July! Wen Gym opens again! Kick Boxing was too expensive!

buy shoot loads of food thinking "yeah I'll eat all of this no probs" and then can't finish it all when you're back at your desk

when I'm feeling hungry I usually get the following:

2 x sandwiches
sausage roll
pork pie
doughnut
chocolate bar
crisps

Needless to say I don't eat it all.
