the guy used a toy model of the car and scaled everything up to get his measurements because the car wasn't actually on sale then, and his version was finished before the slr was released, lol

No, its not allowed. Just like the MR-2 Ferrari 355 replicas aren't allowed to have the prancing horse or Cobras to carry an AC badge.
