We always go to the Lowther at the end of the night, its a pub that doesn't close till 2. It was packed with men and women in tights last night, there was something on at the Opera House, no doubt the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Anyway, I don't know if it was because they were there but the juke box wasn't playing indie/rock etc as usual but really good rock and hard rock  Bit of Black Sabbath and the Who.
So I put some money in and added Whitesnake, Queen, Metallica and Guns 'N' Roses 
As soon as Metallica came on everyone started moshing  I couldn't work out if they were taking the piss or not! Even the bar staff were going for it!
Then some students came and put some crap on 
1 full hour of hard rock though Thats what its all about

dont remember that one, i really wanna go out round york again, few hours down micklegate, 20mins kip on the bridge, lowther for an hour or so then bounce around the gallery for a bit, waking up at the bottom of that big hill at noon the next day
